Internal Auditing

Is your staff too busy to audit? Give the task to a QTEC auditor.  Using an outsider allows a “fresh pair of eyes” to evaluate your system, and it ensures independence from the areas being audited.

Surveillance Audit Preparation

Do you have an audit soon? Whether it is your 1st or your 20th, a QTEC auditor can help you  prepare. A  QTEC auditor can spot non-compliances you may overlook, and can recommend continuous improvement actions.

Documentation / Process Instructions

A QTEC auditor or engineer can create ISO 9000 and QS-9000 compliant documents for you, from the simple to the complex, including:

Corrective Action Implementation

When your third party surveillance auditor “hits” you with a non-compliance, he or she cannot advise you on how to correct it, but a QTEC auditor can! 

If you disagree with your surveillance audit finding, a QTEC auditor can assemble the case needed to have it rescinded. (This was accomplished four times in the last year!) Or, if you are having trouble addressing internal non-compliances, let a QTEC auditor advise you.
